the room felt spacious and clean. i appreciated the soft-close feature on the doors this detail was a plus because i don't like slamming doors. the bathroom had a great shower that i really enjoyed after a long day.
check-in took longer than i anticipated. there was confusion about my room upgrade and bag delivery took a while. i had to wait about an hour to settle in which delayed my plans.

The included slippers and robes are a nice touch. The gym has up to date equipment. I was welcomed with a pleasant welcome gift. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. It ensured i was full and ready for my day.

my bathroom wasnt great i found no shower stall, just a tub. water went everywhere if i didnt put towels down. getting around without a shuttle or uber seemed difficult.

molly at the restaurant was attentive. she kept everything running smoothly. the chef accommodated dietary needs for the coeliac guests. the buffet breakfast offered a varied selection. i found the pool and sauna very relaxing after a long day.
the shower tap was difficult to adjust to the correct temperature, it took some time to find the right balance.

Molly at the Eight Restaurant provided lovely service. She. The head chef were pretty good for those with dietary needs in our group. I found the beds were comfy. The pool area is lovely also.
The tap configuration in the shower made getting the right water temperature a little tricky.

The rooms were wonderfully spacious, i loved our superior king. the bed was comfortable. It gave me the sweetest dreams. the staff were very attentive and kind, especially during breakfast.
I felt a bit disappointed with the pool. it seemed crowded and somewhat noisy! the water didn't appear as clear as i'd hoped. It slightly detracted from the romantic ambiance i sought. the location wasn't ideal. it meant i needed to use shuttles or taxis for the best experiences.
