The hotel exceeded my expectations with lovely room amenities and exceptional service. However, the location might not be suitable for everyone, and the dining experience was affected by the smoking area nearby.
The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms but had delays upon check-in and small bathrooms. The staff was warm and welcoming at all times despite some delays. The location is outstanding with great spa facilities, however, reluctant service in the dining area. Good value overall with some room for improvement.
The hotel had seriously spectacular rooms with 2 double beds, which was a lovely touch. The service was friendly and professional. The location was lovely with a few drawbacks. The dining experience could be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with some highlights and room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms provided everything we needed, with comfy beds and a well-equipped bathroom, although being next to the service door wasn't ideal due to noise throughout the night. The hotel offered a nice stay despite some room issues, outstanding service, and a lovely location in the heart of Auckland. The dining experience was a bit pricey for what was provided.
Staying on level 9, the rooms are furnished with quality pieces and laced with small touches that make stays away from home all the more bearable. However, my room looked straight out onto a busy construction site, offering no view.
The hotel offers spacious and super clean rooms with everything provided, including coffee pods and teas. While the rooms may look a little dated and possibly need a refresh, the bed is extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
The hotel was beautiful and very quiet, offering clean and comfortable rooms, but the housekeeping service was inconsistent with three consecutive days of no service. The staff were amazing, helpful, and very friendly. The location was further out than expected, but a shuttle service made it convenient to reach the city center. The dining experience was a little disappointing compared to past visits. Overall, a serene stay with top-notch service.
